John Streit is an experienced Realtor® who believes in taking good care of his clients. As a Full Service Real Estate Broker, he can help you with all of your real estate needs – from selling a home, buying your next one, building in a new neighborhood, relocating to/from the Triangle, downsizing in retirement, or acquiring investment property. He takes pride in offering superior service to his clients before, during, and after each transaction.

John's business has steadily grown over the years, even in 2009 when the market was down for most other Realtors. His success lies in a very simple formula – focus on delivering results for each client, then count on those clients to refer new clients.

John graduated from Liberty University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He held several positions through the years – many of those in the corporate world in Human Resources Management. Not only does he have solid experience working with all types of people, John also possesses a passion for real estate and for obtaining the answers necessary to bring about smooth transactions for his clients.

John moved to Raleigh at the age of 8 and has lived in Wake County in 4 different subdivisions over the past 31 years. He knows the Triangle area well, which allows him to serve clients in Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Youngsville, Franklinton, Creedmoor, Clayton, Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon, and other neighboring counties and communities.

John and his beautiful wife are the proud parents of 5 children. They are long time members of Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Raleigh where they met each other and remain actively involved to this day.
